Guided Hypnosis
In this article, we will talk about guided hypnosis, or as some call it- Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy sessions are mainly led by a professional hypnotherapist, a person who is an expert in this field. The subject is slowly led through a monologue given by that same therapist in person or through powerful audio recordings.
This process relaxes the body and the mind of the person who is experiencing this therapy and soon enough, the person gets into the state of trance.
Why must the person get into this state? Well, in this state, the mind becomes more open to forms of suggestion toward specific or general healthy behaviors. In this state, the mind opens up for new transformations.
What does this mean? Well, it means that while you are in this state, you are slowly removing all the mental blockades that you have while you are completely conscious. During guided hypnosis, you are ready to let go of all of the negative beliefs that were blocking you during the past.
Guided Hypnosis is a fantastic stress relief and relaxation technique. And that’s why Guided Hypnosis is so important for the Law of Attraction process.
When can you create and manifest the things that you want? When you are fully and completely relaxed. Because when you are anxious, stressed and when you are experiencing tension, you are vibrating low, because those are all the emotions of low vibration. And when you are low on the vibrational scale, you can’t attract anything. Stress and anxiety are blocking the manifestation of your wishes.
You can use Guided Hypnosis for improving different fields of your life. There is guided hypnosis for quitting smoking, losing weight, relaxation, for creating wealth, and the list goes on!
You just have to find the one for you. While you listen to the words you are transforming your negative beliefs and thought patterns that you’ve been keeping in your mind for a long time.
These negative beliefs will not disappear overnight, but stick with it and you will become free from them.
You can combine Guided Hypnosis with any other Law of Attraction method or technique. Add Affirmations, Visualization and/or Gratitude to this technique, and transform all the negative beliefs from the past. Soon enough, you will be ready for attracting wonderful things
Inspirational Action
Inspirational action is an extremely important part of the Law of Attraction process. Until now, you have probably figured out that the Law of Attraction can indeed be observed as a science. Like in every scientific discipline, here we have some constants.
In the Law of Attraction, those constants are Thoughts, Emotions, and Vibration. With changing your thoughts, you can change your Emotions. Now, you understand that this is a science.
So many things you need to understand here if you want this to become your way of living.
That’s why, when somebody says that Law of Attraction means that you are just lying down doing nothing, and the things come to you- that’s not completely right because that is a simplified way of looking at things.
You need to learn when you should “lie down and do nothing” and when you need to go on and do something. When you “do something”– that is something that is called “Inspirational action”.
“Be in tune with yourself and align with your inner being”. What does it mean? It means that you should always pay attention to your emotions. Why is that so important? Because your emotion is showing you where you are. Emotion is showing you are you in Vortex or not. Emotion is showing you is your vibration high or low.
Unfortunately, so many people have forgotten to listen to their own emotions. If you are one of those people, we are happy to inform you that this situation can be changed. When you start working on yourself, you are slowly getting back “in tune” with yourself.
When you listen to your inner emotions, when you listen to yourself, when you listen to your wishes and desires, that is when you are experiencing a thing called Inspirational Action.
Inspirational action is always inspiring. You can find inspiration on a high vibration, but, you first need to come to that high vibration, and then you will find the inspiration.
If you are wondering how can you recognize Inspirational action, here is the explanation. Inspirational action is the sensation of a strong urge to do something. When you “just know” that you should do something, when you sense that you must do it- that is Inspirational Action. Something you just can’t imagine not taking action on – that is Inspirational action.
Do you always have to react to the Inspirational actions? Well, it depends. Again, you can observe your emotions, and you will know what to do. Ask yourself, are you forcing yourself to do something or do you feel fantastic while you are doing it? There, you have the answer. When should you “ignore” Inspirational action.? When your emotion tells you that “it is not the right time for that”.
Pay attention to your emotions because your emotions are the best guidance that you can get. If you listen to them carefully, you will always recognize the Inspirational action, and you will know whether you should ignore that action or you should do something.
Change your life in 30 days
Can you change your life in just 30 days with the help of the Law of Attraction? Of course, you can. But, is this 30-day challenge going to be completely successful, well, that depends only on you.
So, what you should do to transform your life, in just 30 days? Nothing too hard, just a few daily rituals.
You should, every day:
- Meditate
- Affirm
- Visualize
- Gratitude list
Before you start with Day One, we suggest that you find a notebook that you can use as your Law of Attraction Journal. In your Law of Attraction Journal, you can write down your daily rituals.
While you are practicing your daily Law of Attraction rituals, keep one thing in your mind- if you want to be successful in this 30-day process of changing your life, you have to feel the emotion while doing all these things.
You already know that emotion creates and causes vibration. With the help of your vibrations, you are saying your wishes to the Universe.
Meditate: Meditation is one of the most important tools in the Law of Attraction. It helps us to relax, to remove the stress and the tension, to “turn off” all the negative voices that sometimes appear in our minds. We don’t have to spend too much of our time meditating. It is enough that we meditate ten or fifteen minutes every day. That is enough for daily relaxation. Regarding the types of Meditation, we have two options. Regular Meditation and Guided Meditation. Regular Meditation is the Meditation where we are alone, without the guidance of another person and the Guided Meditation is the meditation where we have a person who is helping with this experience.
Affirm: You already know how important Affirmations are for raising your vibration and for changing your negative beliefs. Can you imagine how high your vibration will jump after 30 days of writing down the Affirmations? Try it, you will see.
Visualize: For this daily ritual, you are just going to need a quiet place and your imagination. Nothing more. Your only job is to close your eyes and to imagine anything that you want to attract and manifest into your life. The Universe can’t tell if the scenario from your visualization is really happening or you are just painting a picture in your head. The Universe senses your emotions and your vibration and responds to that.
Gratitude list: If you want to increase the list of the things you are grateful for, we suggest that you use your Law of Attraction journal and write down all of the things you are grateful for. Keep doing that during this 30-day challenge and observe how your gratitude list is increasing.
Repeat all these rituals, every day. It takes less than an hour to do all these things. Do you have that one hour for yourself? One hour daily is nothing comparing all the good things that you will get from this 30-day challenge.
