Name now a couple of things you’re grateful- say thank you for everything you have in this very moment- your family, children, health, food, water, clean clothes, etc. Right now you are focusing on all the good things is your life. Right now, you feel good. Right now, you are rising your vibration.
Because of your gratitude, the Universe will continue to send you more and more of things that you can be thankful for.
Remember that everything always starts with gratitude. As you can see, when you are trully grateful, you change your focus, your emotions and your vibration. And with your changed vibration, your whole life changes.
The real difference between happy and unhappy people lies in the gratitude. A happy person puts his focus on the things he already has in his life. A happy person puts his focus on those things which are doing great in his life.A happy person is a trully grateful person. A person who is unhappy can’t notice the blessings that he alredy has in his life.
If from five things in your life, just one of those things is doing good, and you focus on that one good thing in your life, you have the vibration of that thing. If you become grateful for that one good thing, if you keep your focus on that good thing that you have, soon enough, the other four things will get that same vibration. And, in the end, all five segments of your life will be great.
Gratitude is a very powerful tool. Use it, be grateful every day and your vibration will raise. When your vibration is high, you will attract only good and positive things.
How to Control Negative Thoughts and Focus on the Positive Ones
If a negative thought comes to your mind, can you ignore it? How can you stop that negative thought? When one negative thought appears, soon enough another negative thought comes along and that is when the Momentum is created.
Momentum is nothing but the flow of your negative thoughts. Momentum appears after 17 seconds of the existence of the first negative thought. It means that after 17 seconds, another negative thought is sticking to the first negative thought, the third one to the second one, etc. After 17 seconds, the circle of negative emotions and negative manifestations shows up.
But, the great news is that Momentum can be easily put under control and you will now find out how.
- The first thing that you should do, if you want to put the Momentum under control, is that you should modify your previous negative thought. But you shouldn’t do that fast and radically- you should do it slowly. Don’t modify your thoughts completely and radically, rather start with small changes. For example, if your negative thought was: “I will never find a well-paid job”, you can’t “jump” on the thought: “I will earn millions”. You have to find something that will be easier for your mind to accept. For example: “I am well educated and I am capable of doing a responsible job”.
- Another important thing here is that you need to take responsibility for your own life and your decisions because you are the one who is making them. You are in charge of your life and that’s why you have the power to choose your thoughts and that’s why you choose whether you going to perceive something as positive or negative. You are choosing what you’re focusing on.
- If you want to get rid of the negative thoughts and focus on the positive things, you should then be honest to yourself regarding your emotions. You should cry when you want to cry, you should be angry, when you feel like that, etc.
- Observing the good sides of the negative thought is also important. Before you remove it, give yourself a minute, and notice that you’ve sent your wish to the Universe, in that same moment. Because your negative thought and the emotion that was created with that though, have created the Contrast, and with the Contrast, you are sending your wish to the Universe.
- Your negative thoughts can be transformed if you just remove your past negative experiences. You are not defined by your past experiences. If something bad happened to you in the past, that doesn’t mean that you are destined for a life full of bad things.
Remember, you are choosing your thoughts. You choose what you will be focusing on. Your thoughts and your focus are causing emotions. Emotions vibrate and with the vibration, you are creating future events in your life. You are choosing all that, by yourself. Choose your thoughts and your focus wisely, and create a life of your dreams
