The importance of the Contrast for entering into the Vortex

There are two types of emotions emotions of high vibration and emotions of low vibration. Negative emotions are emotions of low vibration and positive emotions are emotions of high vibration.

When we experience emotions of high vibration, that means that we are in Vortex. 

When we experience emotions of low vibration, that means that we are experiencing “Contrast”.

When something bad happens, we are experiencing a Contrast. When we lose our job, when we get in a fight with our friend, when something that makes us sad happens, that is the Contrast. 

But, Contrast is not such a bad thing because without the Contrast there is no Vortex. Without losing something there is no getting something else. Without sadness, there is no happiness. 

When you don’t get something, in that same moment, you create and send the wish for that, to the Universe. The Contrast is helping you to create and send your wish to the Universe. 

When you wish for something, when you want to attract something to your life, you are already experiencing a Contrast, because of a lack of a thing that you want to attract. The moment you think about wanting something, your wish has been sent to the Universe. And in that same moment, in the Vortex, your wish has already been manifested. In that other parallel reality, in the Vortex, your Non-Physical is already enjoying in the fulfillment of our wish. If you want to experience the fulfillment of that wish too, all you need to do is to raise your vibration and to step in the Vortex.

That’s why you must experience a Contrast from time to time,  because the Contrast is the part of the Vortex. That’s why Contrast is so important. You can’t always be in Vortex because without the Contrast, there will be no expansion of the Universe. 

How can you be sure that you are in Vortex? With the help of your emotions. Emotions are an indicator of our thoughts and the emotion doesn’t exist without a thought. Thought always comes before emotion. With the help of the emotions, you can conclude if you are in Vortex. Observe your emotions and ask yourself, are you at peace, are you happy, are you grateful, are you satisfied, are you excited, etc?

Emotions are always showing you where you are. If you are experiencing these emotions, you can be sure that you are in Vortex. And if you are experiencing „bad“ or „negative“ emotions, you can notice that you are not in Vortex.

But don’t be mad at yourself because of that. Rather accept that you are not there anymore, and start your journey from there. Accepting the situation is the first step when it comes to transforming your reality. 

Don’t observe Contrast as a bad thing. Observe it as a tool for sending your wishes to the Universe. Make sure to raise your vibration and soon enough, when your vibration is high, you will enter into the Vortex and your wishes will be manifested. 

The importance of your emotions and your vibration in the Law of Attraction

We have thoughts. Our thoughts are causing emotions. The emotions vibrate. With vibration, we “talk” to the Universe. It’s all pretty simple. If we are careful. Now, we will explain everything, step by step. We always think about something. That means that we always have thoughts in our heads, except when we are sleeping or meditating. We always have a choice- are we going to think about positive things or we will choose the negative ones. 

Thoughts are nothing but Affirmations. Positive thoughts are positive Affirmations, and negative thoughts are negative Affirmations. We repeat them every day, and they are now part of our deepest beliefs.

If we think negative thoughts, then we feel “bad” and our vibration is low. On the other hand, if we think positively, then we feel good, and our vibration is high. That is because our emotions vibrate. Whenever we feel miserable, sad, angry, disappointed, etc., we are going down on the emotional guidance scale. And whenever we feel happy, excited, thankful, etc, we are climbing up on the emotional guidance scale. 

That’s why our emotions and our vibration are so important in the Law of Attraction process. 

With the help of our emotions and our vibration, we are communicating with the Universe. When we are low vibrations, then, the Universe is telling us that we are getting away from the thing that we want to manifest. Whenever we feel bad, the Universe tells us that we need to change something, if we want to attract the desired thing. 

But, when we have high vibrations, when we feel good, that is when the Universe is telling us that we are “on the right path”, that we are doing everything well and that we don’t have to change anything because our wish is soon going to be manifested. 

Our emotions are our navigation system, we just need to follow them and we will know are we on a right path or no. 

Many people think that they will be happy after they get something. After they are married, after they get kids, after they get the job, after they buy the car, etc. But, according to the Law of Attraction, that is a mistake and the wrong way of looking at things. 

According to the Law of Attraction, first you need to be happy, and then you will get all those things- marriage, kids, job, new car. 

Create your emotions. If you  experience and feel the emotions of already having what you desire then  you will have it in your real life, soon enough. 

How can you create emotion of having something before actually having that in your real life? Well, you can use Law of Attraction techniques and methods for raising your vibration: Affirmations, Meditations, Gratitude, Visualtion

The Universe doesn’t know the difference if something is happening in your imagination or if its happening in real life. The Universe only reacts to your emotions and your vibrations.

Many people use affirmations every day, but without the results. That’s because of one common mistake.

To reveal that mistake, we must go back to the beginning and explain what is an Affirmation? Affirmation is a sentence or a statement. With the affirmation, you are declaring and confirming something. People often think that affirmations can be only positive. But, that is a mistake because Affirmations can also be negative. Unconsciously, many people every day affirm with that second kind of affirmation. They are confirming the things that they don’t want to attract to their life. If you use sentences like this, that means that you are affirming something that you don’t want to attract.

Affirmations can help you to transform your deepest beliefs about anything. Belief is a statement that you have heard and repeated many times and now you think that the repeated thing is true. If you repeat the affirmations enough amount of time, your beliefs will transform.

Visualization

Another very powerful technique for manifesting your wishes is Visualization. It is a technique where your only job is to close your eyes and imagine the thing that you want to attract. But one thing is crucial here. If you want your Visualization to be successful, then you must feel the emotion while you are visualizing. Because the Universe always reacts to your emotion and the Universe doesn’t know if something is really happening or it’s just your imagination. The Universe listens to your emotions and your vibration and gives you more and more of the things your feeling, in your reality. Nothing is impossible, and you can visualize and attract whatever you want.
